Through pregnancy yoga classes we prepare our mind to listen to our body and we prepare it to the pregnancy changes.
Yoga allows us to strengthen and enhance our overall state of well-being during pregnancy and prepares us for the free positions we would like to assume at birth.
Through the practice of specific Asanas (postures) we can already experience how to move and relax , we’ll learn closures and openings, and will empower strength and flexibility.
We will concentrate to create space to the baby, to the relationship with him, shifting attention from the outside to the inside, facing the pregnancy with a relaxed, positive and present approach.
Classes last 1 hour and You can start at any time during your pregnancy and you can continue even just before giving birth or as long as you want!
