Pregnancy is a journey “ten moons” long and as midwives we would like to do it together with you!
During the classes there will be time to listen to your body and to try some useful exercices. In the group you will have the possibility to ask all your questions and to get honest and updated informations.
We’ll talk about :
- baby’s needs
- physical changes
- adequate nutrition
- good assistance
- birth places
- the meaning of pain and how to cope with it
- undisturbed birth and related hormons
- breastfeeding and life with a newborn
Your partner will learn some useful tools to support you and as a couple you’ll be able to try relaxation and massages. We’ll watch some videos and discuss them together. Join us to live this adventure with full consciousness
